Purple Power Shake
Makes 4 (1/2 c)servings
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 cup 100% grape juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Combine the frozen yogurt, grape juice, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into four glasses and serve immediately.
