Nothing says summer like Lemons!
I love anything lemon. I got that from my Dad.
So when I spotted this recipe, I figured it would have to be saved.
First because it said easy and then because it's lemon.
Give it a try tonight.
Easy Lemon Cookies1 lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375.
Put cake mix into a large bowl.
Stir in eggs, oil and lemon juice until blended.
Drop spoonfuls into P. sugar and roll them around. Shape into slightly flattened balls and put onto cookie sheet.
Bake 6-9 minutes. Cool.
